Patty founded CISCO & CO after working 25+ years in the health care industry, where she was recognized for achieving successful sustainable results, including her former position as Vice President of Marketing & Development for a multi-chain senior care provider. In addition, her personal care giving experience provides her with a unique “customer” prospective.

Patty holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay, a CTA coaching certification as well as other training and facilitation certifications. Currently she lives in Ohio with her husband, and their maltese, Dolly Madison. She enjoys spending time with their two grown daughters, and is very active in her community church, the Emmaus community and mission work, such as Haiti and Lower Lights Ministry, and is also an Adjunct Instructor at Wright State University.

Her extensive product line is nationally recognized for helping to empower and educate seniors to navigate the challenging healthcare system.
Ann lives in a NW Suburb of Chicago with her 20-year old rescued cat, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys reading mysteries, seeing movies and doing volunteer work with the homeless support group, Journeys from PADS to HOPE. She is also a caregiver for her 90-year old mother.
